Judge slams Tutor-Saliba and richard Blum's Perini for intentionally withholding and destroying evidence, setting up phony minority contractors and making false claims for money on Federal projects.

We are currently awaiting a jury verdict on how much damages they will award against Tutor-Saliba-Perini, while Tutor  tries to negotiate a settlement in secret closed door session with the MTA board.

A recent article on https://members.tripod.com/unionplainfacts suggests that Tutor spent a fortune to get James Hahn elected for Mayor, in order to be able to influence a settlement.  James Hahn gets to appoint four of the MTA members.

If Tutor doesn't settle before the jury verdict, Tutor-Saliba-Perini maybe e disqualified from future Federal Government contracts.  If Perini is excluded from future Federal Government contracts, we anticipate large financial loses for the union pension funds instead in Perini, in addition to having Perini pay the judgment.

We demand that Federal Prosecutors investigate the matter and look for criminal behavior since the MTA case only bears civil penalties.

Will we allow for Tutor and Blum to remain part of our Pension, after all they are holding our financial future in their hands.
