HAVING JUDGE KENNETH CONBOY AS INVESTIGATIONS AND REVIEW OFFICER IS LIKE HAVING THE FOX LOOKING OUT AFTER THE CHICKENS.

TO OBTAIN OUR UNION DEMOCRACY, BOTH CONBOY AND MCCARRON NEED TO BE REMOVED.

Judge Conboy was also the one appointed by the court as the Investigations and Review Officer in charge the Paschal McGuiness case, yet after being found guilty, Paschal McGuiness was able to hold a position in the Building Trades in DC. According to the rules, when a union officer is convicted of criminal acts, he or she is not able to be involved in any type of union activities as an officer for thirteen (13) years. This is how our democracy works.

Judge Conboy has been paid millions of dollars to head these investigations, do you think he'll get rid of his milk cow. The longer he puts it off the better it is for his pocket.

In charges filed in court in April of 1997, it was asked that judge Kenneth Conboy's appointment be revoked and that he should be replaced with an impartial court appointed IRO. That did not happen.

Let's put the pressure on Conboy while he is laughing all the way to the bank. Let's make this rally as successful as the one in February. Be there.
